  • Founder and Principal Consultant

    With over three decades of experience in regulated healthcare, Georgina brings unmatched expertise in laboratory quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and occupational health to the dental and medical fields. A certified Medical Laboratory Technologist since 1989, she spent over 30 years with Ontario’s public health laboratory system—first under the Ministry of Health, and later with Public Health Ontario—where she rose to lead laboratory quality programs across 11 provincial sites.

    From 2006 onward, she managed laboratory quality systems, developed risk-based policies, and ensured compliance with provincial and national accreditation standards. She also trained internal auditors and led successful inspections by external regulatory bodies.

    More recently, she served as Director of Proficiency Testing at the Institute for Quality Management in Healthcare (IQMH), expanding her expertise in quality assurance across diverse healthcare environments.

    With a BSc in Microbiology from the University of Toronto and a Master of Health Management from McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business, she now brings her deep knowledge of infection prevention and control (IPAC), occupational health, and legislative compliance to the dental and medical community. As a certified Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) member, she is committed to helping dental and medical practices meet and exceed regulatory standards with clear, practical, and evidence-based policy solutions.


  • Communications & Client Experience Manager

    Zoe brings a fresh perspective and creative energy to our team through her background in media, communications, and digital marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Film and Media from Queen’s University, where she also gained experience in production and storytelling through internships with two Canadian production companies. In 2024, she worked as a social media manager in the retail space, developing content that connected with diverse audiences.

    At Safe Practice Solutions, she supports client engagement, manages our social media presence, and assists in policy editing based on client checklists. She also helps ensure smooth communication and directs inquiries efficiently to our principal consultant. With a passion for clear messaging and meaningful outreach, she’s committed to helping healthcare practices communicate compliance with confidence.
